Our process is simple. When you become a Grampian Accounting client we listen to your requirements and we look at the targets that need to be met. Then we help you work out the best and most efficient way of achieving these.

At our first meeting, you’ll also be introduced to your account manager who, with support from payroll and other specialists in the GA team, will be your point of contact going forward.

In short, ease and clarity are the cornerstones of our client experience.

For us, that relationship is critical. It’s important that you know who you can contact at any point should you have a question or need support. You’re welcome to drop in any time, have a business review pre or post your accounting year-end, and plan the following year.
